三个多月的时间，终于将论文完成，在这次论文写作的过程中，我收获了很多。从一开始的茫然无措、无处下手，到从中国知网、从司法部网站、从各法院的网站收集资料并仔细阅读，再到着手书写论文框架、填充文章主要内容，这是一个不断充实的过程。而另一方面，通过这篇论文，我也认识到了自己知识的匮乏，意识到自己需要加倍努力，提升自己的法学素养及专业水平。
