高分子材料英语文献论文

高分子材料：高分子材料的原料为石油，是不可再生资源，为了节约这种宝贵资源，合成高分子材料的使用应当受到限制。研究表明，作为合成高分子材料原料的石油资源仅占其总产量的5％（石油作为能源占22％，用于交通运输占29％，用于供热占35％，等等。1990年，西欧的统计数据）。很明显，节约石油资源的重任，应当更多的落在其消费大户的肩上。另外，认为合成高分子材料的原料，不能来自可再生资源的观点也是错误的。由生物原料获得的乙醇，脱水即可获得合成高分子材料的原料乙烯。高分子材料不能像金属、玻璃、纸那样容易循环利用。然而，DuPont公司用经济上可行，环境方面可接受的方法，将玻璃纤维或矿物质为增强剂，尼龙 6或尼龙 66为基质的复合材料的废弃部件，转变成性能与新材料相当的产品。此项技术的评价意见指出：“这项技术很可能成为未来提高报废车辆循环利用率的最有效的重复利用技术之一。” 复合材料：是以一种材料为基体(Matrix)，另一种材料为增强体(reinforcement)组合而成的材料。各种材料在性能上互相取长补短，产生协同效应，使复合材料的综合性能优于原组成材料而满足各种不同的要求。复合材料的基体材料分为金属和非金属两大类。金属基体常用的有铝、镁、铜、钛及其合金。非金属基体主要有合成树脂、橡胶、陶瓷、石墨、碳等。增强材料主要有玻璃纤维、碳纤维、硼纤维、芳纶纤维、碳化硅纤维、石棉纤维、晶须、金属丝和硬质细粒等。金属材料：金属元素或以金属元素为主构成的具有金属特性的材料的统称。包括纯金属、合金、金属间化合物和特种金属材料等。以上说的，只是简单的定义，其实一看，也是可以区分这三种材料的不同。
