公里或五年。大多数汽车的火花塞可以自己更换,尤其是四缸发动机更为容易。全世界的家用小汽车火花塞只有两种尺寸,你如果想自己更换火花塞,可到AutoZone 或 Auto Parts等汽车零部件商店,报上你汽车的年代及型号,购买和你汽车匹配的火花塞,然后向服务生借用更换火花塞的工具便可自己更换。  2、装肇事车   车身变形严重的肇事车,机修师傅都要把其发动机、仪表盘、座椅、车桥等部件拆下来,经钣金师傅将车身修正后在装上去。在我实习期间正好我们组就装了一辆轿车。下面我简单叙述一下其装配的步骤:  (1)、固定发动机   (2) V6发动机是由四颗螺栓经减振块固联在车架上的。为了防止因车祸使车架变形,车架上的螺栓孔有多个,这样更能够把发动机合适地固定在车架上。   (3)装变速器操纵杆等发动机部件:固定好发动机后就可以把变速器操纵杆连接到发动机变速箱上。离合器也可以固定在摩擦片推杆上,把车架底部排气管与发动机气管相连接好。  安装龙门架、保险杠  (4)在龙门架上装发动机和空调散热百叶窗以及冷却油管散热管总成。把龙门架固定在发动机前面,再装上保险杠。   装空调鼓风机和转向助力泵  装半轴   (5)将前轮驱动的左右半轴两端分别固定在车轮和分动器两边(手动变速器的左右半轴可互换,自动变速器的发动机左右半轴不能互换)。   (6)装转向系  将方向控制器总成装在车厢周围,其通过万向节与转向拉杆连接。最后将方向盘调好位置固定在方向控制器总成上。  (7)布线   现在越高档的车,其电控部分越复杂,传感器越多,其线路非常繁多。在安装时要特别注意其走向和每条线束的用途。否则就会出现线束太短或过长等问题。这要求修车师傅对车的线路走向要非常熟悉。在接插线合时要特别注意观察对接两个插头孔的大小、孔位、颜色等特征。因为为了减小修车师傅的工作难度,不同用途的线束的特征都有区别。  (8)安装雨刮器总成   在装雨刮器总成时要先把中控电脑板合拆下来,否则就会因为位置空间不够很难装进去。对于肇事车,要把车架上固定雨刮器的两个螺栓孔调好,否则雨刮器装上去后运行时会有异响。   (9)装仪表和工作台   仪表总成的电路是现代集成电路,只需要将相应的插头插在上面即可。工作台上要安装空调风量控制口、负驾驶位置安全气囊和固定工作台的支架等部件。   (10)装电瓶并启动发动机试车   安装电瓶时要把总的搭铁线螺栓用砂纸砂光亮,使其导电良好。在装接线柱时应该先装正极后装负极,避免装好负极装正极时不小心搭铁产生火花伤人。   启动发动机试车,在试车前要先加好机油、转向助力油、刹车油、冷却液、空气滤清器以及汽油,仔细检查一下便可以发动。发动后用电脑检测仪检查有无其它故障,然后调试。  换支撑臂  因支撑臂球头磨坏,车轮在转动时会发生摆动,驾驶员不好掌握方向,这时就得重新换支撑臂总成。如果支撑臂球头磨坏了的车辆,在举伸机上用力向上抬车轮,车轮会有上下移动一个很小的距离,这就说明其球头已破坏。  换机油还得正确选择机油:mayifw从汽车制造技术发展的角度看,发动机的制造越来越精密,其输出向高功率高负荷发展;从汽车使用环境变化的角度看,随着高速公路的不断发展,汽车在高温高速环境中运行的时间不断加长,这些都对机油提出了更加苛刻的要求。从保养的经济性看,高中档机油的润滑性能优良,机件不易磨损,修理费用下降,且高中档机油的换油周期可达8000~10000km,合成机油更是高达15000~25000 km;多方面综合,选用中高档机油还是合算的。因此,建议汽油机选用SF、SG级,柴油机选用CD、CE级,或选用SF/CD、SG/CD通用机油。目前市场上伪劣油品甚多,最好选用长城、壳牌Shell等国内、外知名品牌的机油。另外,在使用中,要勤于检查、及时添补,养成定期换机油的良好习惯。  除了上述的之外,自动变速器油也要检查或者更换,自动变速器油(Automatic Transmission Fluid)简称ATF是指专用于自动变速器的油液。ATF对自动变速器的工作、使用性能以及使用寿命都有非常重要的影响。汽车自动变速器保养的主要内容就是对ATF的检查和更换。由于ATF工作特点的不同,在性能上有别于其它油液,主要有以下特性:较高的粘温性:粘度过大过小都会使变速器传动效率下降,而粘度又随温度而变化。因此,要求ATF低温时粘度不要太大,高温时粘度不能太小。较高的氧化安定性:自动变速器在工作中其离合器等零件温度高达300℃。在高温下油液与空气作用生成一种胶质粘附在阀体及各运动零件上,影响系统的正常工作。因此,要求ATF具有较高的氧化安定性。  防腐防锈性:零件的腐蚀或锈蚀,会造成系统工作失灵,以至损坏。   良好的抗泡沫性:油液中的泡沫影响传动油的正常循环,并有可能使各挡离合器一直处于不能彻底分离或不能完全结合的状态,使自动变速器无法正常工作。   抗磨性:要求ATF既能良好地润滑各运动副,但磨擦系数又不能太小,否则离合器将难以结合。   剪切稳定性:液力变矩器中,传动油受到强大的剪切力,如油的剪切稳定性差,变矩器则会出现打滑现象,降低了变矩器的传递效率,还会出现换挡不平稳、脱挡等故障。  用于自动变速器的油液应通过严格的台架实
